Pricing questions
What counts as an active athlete?
An athlete with at least one current or paused enrolment on the day. Athletes who have left, trial attendees and people who only rent a court do not count.
What happens if we go over the limit?
Nothing stops at the limit. You are warned as you approach it, new admissions carry on up to 10% over, and only after that are new enrolments paused until you move up. Existing athletes, attendance and fees are never affected.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your academy becomes read-only: everything you entered stays, and you can still sign in and export it, until you choose a plan.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, 18%, shown on a GST invoice. A registered academy can claim it as input credit.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or UPI against an invoice, monthly or yearly.
