Badminton academy software for courts, batches and monthly fees
Most badminton academies earn twice from the same courts: coaching batches in the morning and evening, and hourly court rentals in between. Playnent schedules both on one court grid, so a batch never loses its court to a rental and the rentals fill every hour the batches leave free.
What gets in the way at a badminton academy
Coaching and rentals on the same courts
The 6 a.m. batch needs courts 1 to 4, a club member has booked court 3 by phone, and the front desk finds out when both turn up.
Monthly fee chasing
Every month starts with a list of who has not paid, copied from last month and checked against UPI screenshots on WhatsApp.
Cancelled sessions and make-ups
When the hall is closed for a tournament, parents ask for the missed session back, and nobody remembers who was promised one.
How Playnent handles it
One court grid
Courts are exclusive resources. Batches hold their courts on the schedule, rentals take the free hours, and a clash is refused before it is booked.
Monthly fee plans
Invoices go out on the cycle you set, with sibling discounts and late fees if you use them, and payments by UPI or at the desk are matched to them.
Make-up credits that are tracked
When the academy cancels a session, every enrolled player gets a make-up credit with an expiry, and parents are told the session was cancelled.
Levels and progression
Assess footwork, strokes and match play against your own levels, and promote players with a record of why.
Questions badminton academies ask
Can walk-in players book a court and pay online?
Court bookings are made by your staff today, and paid at the desk or by UPI link. Your academy also gets a public page with its programs and timings.
Do cancelled sessions become make-up credits automatically?
When the academy cancels, yes: each booked player gets a credit that expires after the period you choose, and the court is released.
How many courts can we manage?
As many as you have, across as many branches as your plan allows.
