Playnent

Tennis academy software for group clinics, private lessons and court time

Tennis coaching is a mix: group clinics for juniors, semi-private lessons for improvers, private hours for competitive players, and court rental for members. Private lessons are usually sold in packs. Playnent schedules all of it court by court and counts down each player’s pack of sessions as they are used.

What gets in the way at a tennis academy

Private lessons sold in packs

A parent buys ten private lessons. Three months later nobody agrees on whether seven or eight are left, or whether they have expired.

Coach and court at the same time

A private lesson needs a particular coach and a free court at the same hour, and the booking sheet only tracks one of them.

Juniors and their ratings

Competitive juniors need their progress recorded between tournaments, not just in the coach’s memory.

How Playnent handles it

Session packages

Sell packs of lessons with an expiry. Each session used is deducted, and players are reminded before unused sessions expire.

Courts on one schedule

Clinics, lessons and rentals share one court schedule, so a court is never promised twice.

Progress on record

Assess players against your levels and keep the history, so a parent can see what has changed this term.

Questions tennis academies ask

Can we sell packs of 5 or 10 private lessons?

Yes. A package holds a number of sessions and an expiry, and each lesson taken is deducted from it.

Do players get reminded before their sessions expire?

Yes, a set number of days before, by email.

Can we charge GST on coaching fees?

Yes. Invoices carry CGST and SGST or IGST as the payer’s state requires, from each branch’s own GST registration.
