Terms of service
The service
Playnent provides software for running a sports academy, on a subscription, to the academy that signs up (“you”).
Trial
A new academy gets a free trial for the period shown at signup. When it ends, your academy becomes read-only until you choose a plan: nothing is deleted, and you can still sign in and export your data.
Plans and payment
Plans are priced by the number of active athletes. We invoice with GST; you pay by bank transfer or UPI by the due date. If your academy grows past its plan, new enrolments can pause until you move up; existing athletes are never affected.
Your data
The data you put into Playnent belongs to your academy. You are responsible for having the right to collect it, including consent from athletes, parents and staff where the law requires it. We process it only to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Playnent to send messages people have not agreed to receive, to store data you have no right to, or to try to reach another academy’s data.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse, after telling you. Either of us may end the subscription at the end of a billing period. You can export your data before and after it ends.
Liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but provide it as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
