Volleyball academy software for squads and shared courts

Volleyball squads train on shared indoor courts, often in the same hall as badminton, and numbers have to be right: twelve on a court works, twenty does not. Playnent schedules the court, keeps squads to their size, and keeps parents informed when a session moves.

What gets in the way at a volleyball academy

A hall shared with other sports

The same floor is a volleyball court at 6 and three badminton courts at 8, and the booking sheet does not know it.

Rescheduled sessions

When the hall is taken for an event, the session moves, and half the squad does not hear about it.

Squad sizes

Enrolment keeps going past what one court and one coach can handle.

How Playnent handles it

One hall, one schedule

Courts for every sport live on one schedule, so a volleyball session and a badminton booking cannot take the same floor.

Changes reach parents

When a session is moved or cancelled, parents can be told by email automatically.

Capacity on the batch

A squad has a size limit, and enrolment beyond it goes to the waitlist.

Questions volleyball academies ask

Our academy runs volleyball and badminton. Is that one account?

Yes. Turn on every sport you run; they share courts, staff and fees in one account.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes. When a batch is full, new players can wait for a place and are offered it when one opens.

Do parents hear when a session is cancelled?

Yes, through the session-cancelled message, once the academy has switched it on.
